Meta Ads Team
Eleven specialists that do the Meta ads work Meta's own tools don't.
Meta ships a free connector that reads your account, creates campaigns and changes budgets. It gives you hands. It does not give you a brain. It will never plan your campaign, invent your angles, write your fifteen ads or tell you what to switch off. That is the manual work, and that is what this does. Half of it runs before you connect anything.
What you can produce with it
- A campaign plan with real budget arithmetic, and an honest answer on whether your spend can fund it
- Fifteen genuinely different ads — five angles, three hooks each — in twenty minutes instead of a weekend
- Every line of copy written from your offer, with no invented proof
- A three-tab spreadsheet you can hand to a freelancer or work from yourself
- An audit that tells you what is wrong with the account and in what order to fix it
- A named list of what to turn off, which is usually where the money is going
What is inside
12 The team
-
01
Ad Desk — the front desk
The only one you talk to. You describe what you want and it routes to whoever handles it, then names the handoff. Eleven skills, no commands to learn.
-
02
Ada — strategy, structure, budget maths
Objective, campaign structure, budget per ad set and whether your spend can actually fund the event volume Meta needs. Works with nothing connected.
-
03
Rev — angles, hooks, the fifteen-ad plan
Five angles, three hooks each, formats assigned. Modern delivery needs fifteen genuinely different ads, not fifteen colour variants — this is the part that takes a weekend by hand.
-
04
Wren — ad copy
Every primary text, headline and description, written from your offer profile. Refuses to invent proof you do not have, which is what makes most AI ad copy hollow.
-
05
Bo — production briefs
Grouped by format and ready to hand to a freelancer or shoot yourself. What to show, what to say, what it must not claim.
-
06
Kit — account audit
Full read of the account against current delivery mechanics — structure, overlap, creative volume, learning phase. Needs the Meta connector.
-
07
Doc — diagnosis
Why a specific campaign is failing, in diagnostic order rather than guesswork. Distinguishes a real problem from normal variance.
-
08
Sig — tracking and signal quality
Pixel, Conversions API and Event Match Quality. Most people who say their ads do not work have a signal problem they have never checked.
-
09
Lex — campaign builder
Builds campaigns, ad sets and ads in your account — always paused. Nothing goes live until you type an explicit confirmation.
-
10
Max and Nix — scale and cut
Max decides when and how much to scale, capped at +20% and once every 72 hours. Nix exists solely to tell you what to turn off and why — the thing that saves the most money and that nobody else builds.
-
11
Pru — weekly report
What changed, what it means, and the two actions worth taking this week. Often the answer is do nothing, and it says so with the reasoning.
-
12
Six workflows and the spreadsheet
plan-and-launch, weekly-review, rescue, scale, creative-refresh and full-audit. The deliverable is a three-tab spreadsheet — Ad Plan with every copy field, Campaign Spec with success and kill criteria, and a Production Brief.

Meta Ads Team is eleven Claude Skills and six end-to-end workflows for people running their own Meta advertising.
The premise is narrow. Meta’s own connector is genuinely good at reading the account and pressing buttons in it. What it will not do is decide what to advertise, structure the campaign, invent the angles, write the ads, or tell you which of six ad sets to switch off. That gap is the entire product.
Six of the eleven work with nothing connected: strategy, creative planning, copy and production briefs. The rest use Meta’s free official connector, and everything they build is created paused.
Buy this if
- You are spending daily on Meta and cannot tell a bad day from a real problem
- You were taught to stack interests, split ad sets and duplicate winners
- You stare at a blank page trying to get past your third ad idea
- You were handed an ad account and cannot ask for help without looking incompetent
- You run a few accounts and need to look senior across all of them
Do not buy this if
- You are spending under about $20 a day — Meta cannot gather enough data to optimise, and no tool fixes that
- You want something that runs your account for you while you sleep
- You want a course with videos to watch
- You want a guaranteed ROAS, which nobody honest will sell you
What is not included
Listed here rather than discovered after payment. Sales are final, so the scope has to be unambiguous before you buy.
- It does not run your account. Everything it builds is created paused, and nothing activates until you type an explicit confirmation.
- It cannot spend your money without you typing yes. Budget increases are capped at +20% and once every 72 hours, and those limits are in the product rather than the marketing.
- No guaranteed ROAS, CPA or result. What happens depends on your offer, your market, your creative and your landing page.
- It will not invent proof, income claims, fake urgency or unsubstantiated superlatives — the things that actually get ad accounts restricted.
- It is not a course. There are no videos and nothing to watch.
- It does not design your creative. It writes the brief and the copy; someone still has to shoot or build the asset.
- Not affiliated with Meta or Anthropic. Facebook, Instagram and Meta are products of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Questions
Meta already has AI. Doesn't Advantage+ do this?
Advantage+ optimises delivery of the ads you give it. It does not decide your objective, invent your angles, write your copy, or tell you your pixel is broken. If your creative is weak or your structure is fragmented, Advantage+ optimises that faster. This is the layer above it, not a replacement for it.
I'm not letting an AI touch my ad account.
Reasonable, and two things. Half the kit never touches your account at all — strategy, creative, copy and briefs work with nothing connected. And everything it can build is created paused; nothing activates until you type an explicit confirmation. It cannot spend your money without you typing yes. Budget changes are capped at +20% and once every 72 hours. Those limits are in the product, not in the marketing.
Can't I just ask Claude directly?
You can, and you will get generic advice built on whatever it half remembers about Meta ads — which is mostly the playbook that stopped working. The kit is the current method, the diagnostic order, the guardrails and the workflows that run end to end. The difference is the same as asking a friend versus having a process.
Will this get my account restricted?
It is built to avoid exactly that. It will not write income claims, fake urgency, unsubstantiated superlatives, or anything targeting a personal attribute — the four things that actually get accounts restricted. It flags special ad categories before you build, and it refuses to invent proof.
Does it guarantee results?
No, and be sceptical of anything that does. Results depend on your offer, your market, your creative and your landing page. What it does is make sure you know what your account is doing and why, which is more than most people advertising on Meta can say.
I already know Meta ads.
Then run the audit and the signal check. If your Event Match Quality is above 7, your Conversions API is live and your structure is consolidated, you will get a short report saying you are fine and you will have lost twenty minutes. Most people who say this discover their pixel has been half broken for months.
I only spend $20 a day.
Then the honest answer is that Meta probably cannot gather enough data to optimise properly, whatever tool you use. The kit tells you that on day one and shows you the arithmetic. Knowing why it is not working is worth more than another month of guessing, but if you want a tool that fixes it, this is not that and neither is anything else.
Do I need the Meta connector?
Not to start. Strategy, creative, copy and briefs — the larger half — work with nothing connected. The connector is free and official from Meta, and it is a few clicks in your Claude settings when you are ready.
Meta changes constantly. Won't this be out of date in a month?
Specific product names and thresholds change. The mechanics do not — creative-led delivery, the learning phase, signal quality, auction overlap. Every reference file says plainly to trust the account over the file where they disagree, and it is versioned with updates.
Can I use this for client accounts?
The standard licence covers one business. If you manage accounts for other people, email us and we will sort out an agency licence.
