What you get

Buying a kit grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You do not acquire ownership of the kit or of any intellectual property in it.

The licence does not expire. There is no renewal, no seat check, and nothing phones home.

You may

  • Use the kit on any number of machines you personally control
  • Use it for your own work, and for the work of the company that employs you
  • Use it on paid client work, and keep everything you earn from that work
  • Modify the files for your own use
  • Keep using your copy indefinitely, including after any future version ships
  • Use the output commercially, without attribution or royalty

You may not

  • Redistribute the kit, in whole or in part — free or paid, public or private
  • Resell, sublicense, or rent it
  • Publish the files to a public repository, forum, Discord, drive link, or torrent
  • Share your download link or your copy with anyone outside your household or employer
  • Repackage it into your own product, course, template pack, or kit
  • Present the kit itself as your own work

The line is simple: the output is yours, the kit is licensed. Sell what you make with it; do not sell it.

Teams

The licence covers one person. If several people at your company need the kit, buy a copy each. If you need a larger arrangement, email support@aisystemkit.com — we would rather sort out a team licence than have you guess.

Output

We claim no rights over anything a kit produces for you. It is yours.

You are responsible for what you do with it. Output is a draft, not a finished professional deliverable, and you should read it before it goes to a customer, a client, or a regulator.

Third-party components

Kits run inside Claude Code or Claude Desktop, which are Anthropic products governed by Anthropic’s own terms. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, and this licence does not grant you any rights in their software.

Where a kit includes third-party open-source components, those components stay under their own licences, which ship inside the archive.

Ending the licence

Redistributing the kit ends your licence immediately. That is the only thing that does.

No warranty

The kit is licensed as-is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects, that it will suit a particular purpose, or that it will remain compatible with future versions of third-party software. See the Terms of Sale for how liability is limited.
