What we collect, what we do not, and what a kit does with your data on your own machine.

Draft — not yet in force
-
The legal entity is not set. Every
{{LEGAL_ENTITY}}below is unresolved, so this document does not yet name a contracting party and cannot be relied on. - This text was drafted to match how the business actually operates, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked in the seller's jurisdiction before taking payment.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you a file and email it to you. We run two third-party measurement tools on this site — an advertising pixel and a session recorder — and both are listed below by name. We do not sell data, and a kit never sends your work to us.
Who is responsible
[LEGAL ENTITY — TO BE CONFIRMED], trading as AI System Kit, is the data controller. Contact us about anything on this page at support@aisystemkit.com.
What we collect
When you buy. Your email address, your name, and your country. Your payment is handled entirely by Stripe — card numbers never touch this site, and we never see or store them. Stripe returns a transaction reference and the country used for tax, and that is all we keep from it.
When you visit. Two tools run, and both set cookies.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Records which pages you saw and whether you bought, so we can tell which ads work. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the click identifier travels with you and is sent to Meta with the event. Where you give us an email address at checkout, it is sent to Meta hashed, never in the clear. The same events are sent twice — once from your browser, once from our server — and Meta merges the pair. This is cross-site advertising measurement, and Meta uses what it receives under its own terms.
- Microsoft Clarity. Records your session: pages, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, replayable as a video of the page. We use it to find where people stop reading. It does not run on the download page.
Neither tool sees your card details — those never reach this site at all.
When you download. The download page is deliberately excluded from session recording, because its address doubles as the key to your purchase.
When you email us. Whatever is in your message, kept so we can answer it and so we have a record if the same issue comes back.
What we do not collect
- No data brokers, no audience sales, no resale of anything about you
- No account, no password — there is nothing to log into
- No card details, ever, in any form
- No keystrokes, and no text you type into a field — session recording masks form input before the recording leaves your browser
- Nothing about how you use a kit after you download it
What a kit does with your data
This is the part people ask about, so it is stated plainly.
A kit is a set of files that runs inside Claude Code or Claude Desktop on your own machine. It has no connection to us. It sends nothing to us. We have no telemetry, no phone-home, no usage reporting, and no way of knowing whether you ever ran it.
Whatever you paste into a kit goes wherever your Claude installation already sends your prompts — that is between you and Anthropic, under their terms and their privacy policy. Read those if the data is sensitive.
If you work with client data, patient data, or anything else confidential, review your own obligations before pasting it anywhere. We cannot make that assessment for you.
Who else sees your data
- Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy governs what they hold.
- Our email provider — to send your receipt and download link.
- Our hosting provider — serves the site and keeps short-lived server logs.
- Meta — advertising measurement, as described above.
- Microsoft — session recording, as described above.
That is the full list. Nothing about you is sold, and no data broker receives anything.
How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails for two years. Server logs for a short rolling window.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@aisystemkit.com and we will action it. We do not charge for this and we do not require a form.
Deleting your purchase record also removes our record of your licence, so we would no longer be able to re-issue a download link.
If you are in the UK or EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
The site sets cookies on arrival, without asking first. Stated plainly so you can decide what to do about it:
- Meta sets
_fbp, and_fbcif you arrived from an ad. Advertising. - Microsoft Clarity sets its own identifiers so a session can be stitched into one recording. Analytics.
- Stripe sets cookies during checkout. Strictly necessary to take payment.
To refuse the first two, block third-party cookies or use a tracker-blocking extension — the site works normally without them, and nothing about your purchase or download depends on them. Clarity also offers a global opt-out at clarity.microsoft.com/opt-out that applies across every site using it.
